I'm very fall in love with this novel. This novel is not just contain about an ordinary love story. It's about how to deal with down-rising problems of living with the Islamic way.
Fahri bin Abdillah is Indonesian students who tried to reach his master's degree in Al-Ahzar University. Struggling in hot dust of Egypt. Struggling with a variety of targets and simplicity of life. Survived being a translator of religious books. Fahri through his targets with enthusiasm, except one:
to get married.
Why? Because Fahri is a devout man who was so 'straight'. He does not know the courtship before marriage. He's less articulate when dealing with creatures called
women. There were few women close to him all these years. His grandmother, mother and sister.
